  • Invoicing and bookkeeping

  • Marketing and portfolio presentation (based on consent)

Processing is based on:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract

  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligation (accounting requirements under Danish law)

  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (business administration and service improvement)

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (marketing use of images and cookies)

5. Storage and Retention

  • Accounting data is stored for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

  • Client correspondence is stored as long as relevant for service or legal documentation.

  • Image files are stored in accordance with the agreement entered into with the Client.

  • Analytics data is retained according to platform settings (e.g. Google Analytics standard retention periods).

Images stored on local SSD drives are protected through appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

 

6. Use of Online Gallery

Client galleries are delivered via Pixieset.

Pixieset acts as a data processor. Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Canada benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

 

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses cookies for functionality, analytics and marketing purposes.

We use:

  • Google Analytics for website statistics

  • Meta Pixel for advertising and remarketing

Marketing and analytics cookies are only activated with your consent via the cookie banner.

Some data may be transferred to the United States. Transfers are based on approved safeguards under EU data protection law.

You can withdraw or modify your cookie consent at any time.

 

8. Sharing of Personal Data

I do not sell personal data.
